Begin your journey with a grounding meditation, gently connecting to your body and breath. From here, we’ll move through a mindful, fluid yoga sequence designed to help you drop out of the thinking mind and into the wisdom of the body—awakening your intuition and deepening your inner awareness.
Following the movement practice, you’ll be guided into a restful, grounding Savasana, allowing the body to fully absorb the benefits of the practice and settle into stillness.
We will then transition into a sensory herbal tea tasting experience. Guided by intuition, you’ll explore the qualities, flavours, and energetic properties of the chosen herb, discovering how it resonates with you on a personal level.
Afterwards, I will share herbalist insights into the herb’s traditional uses, healing properties, and benefits, with space for open discussion, reflection, and questions.
