This workshop will guide you through the foundations of both traditional Headstand and Tripod Headstand, exploring safe alignment, body awareness, core engagement, and balance techniques. Whether you’re completely new to inversions or looking to refine and deepen your practice, you’ll be supported with clear instruction, step-by-step progressions, and individual guidance throughout.
Together, we’ll work on developing the strength and stability needed to approach inversions with greater ease and confidence, while also learning how to move beyond fear and trust the body.
The session will include preparatory drills, mobility work, partner support options, and techniques for safely entering and exiting the poses. We’ll also explore how inversions can improve focus, concentration, body awareness, and overall confidence both on and off the mat.
