This workshop will help you to make those shifts in your energy and open up some space in the body and mind ready for the Spring months. The workshop will be combination of a slow steady Hatha practice that will open you up with deep stretching into the closed areas of the body, followed by the benefits of a quietly relaxing in restorative yoga.
