Join us for the first workshop in our new creative studio on the second floor of the Institute.

Explore the intersection of sculpture history and global cultures in this free workshop, suitable for all ages and skill levels.

Delve into themes such as power, identity, and the representation of royalty, as presented in our current exhibition Sculpting Royalty: Hew Locke and Mary Thornycroft.

You’ll have the opportunity to experiment with a variety of creative techniques, including clay modelling, paper sculpture, and mixed media collage.

Suitable for families with children aged 5+. This is an intergenerational workshop – we encourage creativity in all ages! Children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the workshop.
