Electro yoga flow will be based on moving with an upbeat music playlist, where we keep a simple all levels style practice but incorporate dance style movements between each pose and shape. Think warrior 2 with your warms waving into reverse warrior. This is a chance for you to think about the simple shapes that can be explored within your body. We will have ambient colourful lighting and there is a big invitation to wear whatever you feel comfortable in or maybe what you may wear to dance in!
