Take a moment from the busyness of life with 75 minutes of immersive, therapeutic sound and homemade herbal tea. A wholesome reset for the body, mind and soul.
Inspired by Diwali, the Festival of Light, this deeply relaxing sound journey celebrates illumination through darkness.
Featuring Himalayan singing bowls, symphonic gong, ocean drum, crystal pyramid and ambient tones, we create a soothing soundscape that is both musically led and scientifically informed, supporting deep relaxation and helping you to connect within.
Afterwards, ease back gently with homemade herbal tea, taking time to sit and soak in the experience. Plus, we’ll have a few special Diwali treats to share this time.
Led by experts in sound therapy and music, many people report long lasting effects from our sessions:
‘The best sound bath I’ve experienced personally’
“I left feeling incredibly relaxed and at peace.”
‘Caring, compassionate and professional’

About the practice
Sound meditation is a practice rooted in many traditions and supported by modern science. Vibrations and frequencies guide the mind into altered states, helping to relax your body, calm your nervous system, and bring clarity to the mind.
About Sarl Sound Healing Sarl Sound Healing (S.s.h.) was born from a love of music and a desire to build nourishing spaces. Musically led and scientifically informed, we bring a lifelong understanding of sound to every session.
Founder Neeta Sarl is a certified sound therapist, professional music producer and audio engineer. At Universal Music Group, she helped develop music using therapeutic frequencies to support wellbeing, now featured in Apple Music’s 'Sound Therapy' catalogue and heard by millions of listeners. Alongside this, she draws on her family lineage in Sikh Kirtan (devotional music).
Together, these influences shape carefully crafted sound journeys, combining musical depth, technical expertise, scientific understanding and a warm, welcoming space to rest.
