Northlight Arts Centre are offering you an exclusive chance to work along side Vogue Magazine featured jewellery artist Amanda Burton ( Wire Moon).

Amanda has been making copper jewellery for over 15 years and in this time has developed many of her own unique and personal techniques which she is excited to share with you all.

In this copper earring workshop you will learn how to work with sheet metal and wires, cutting, hammering and forming it to a smooth or textured finish. Learn how to decorate your handmade copper blanks using oxidising patinas and finish your pieces with jewellery findings to create your own beautiful handmade earrings. After the workshop you will leave with at least one finished pair.

All materials including wires, gemstones, beads, tools and equipment are provided.

10am to 1.30pm (includes a 30 min break)
