A gentle evening of relaxation and connection through sound.

As you lie down, sound will guide you into a deep rest, allowing your body to soften and melt mental clutter into stillness. We play Himalayan singing bowls, gong, and soothing electronic ambient tones with musicality and technical precision, surrounding your body in vibrations within an immersive, calming environment.

Soft lighting and gentle scents help your body and mind fully let go. Afterwards, we'll take time to integrate and connect in community as we serve complimentary herbal tea.

We believe self-care should feel accessible, welcoming, and grounded. Our Community Sound Bath offers a calming space to rest, recharge, and connect. Tickets start at £8, with optional tiered pricing if you’d like to contribute more:

£8 - Community

£11 - Supported

£16 - Standard

£19 - Abundant

Standard & Abundant tickets help us keep community rates accessible for everyone - thank you.

What is sound healing and is it for me?

Sound Healing is a form of meditation, where sound is used to guide you into altered states of consciousness. If you feel stressed, anxious or overwhelmed, or are simply looking for ways to connect more deeply to your inner self, it can help soothe the nervous system - speaking directly to our bodies and emotions in ways that words cannot. There is no expectation, no outcome to achieve. You don't need to do anything but lie down. We create a calm sanctuary away from screens, sensory overload and the pace of modern life, allowing your body to fully exhale and receive the rest it deserves.

Sound healing is especially helpful for busy brains, neurodivergent minds, those seeking deep rest, and those interested in meditation but who struggle with silence or guided words. Many people report feeling deeply relaxed, sleeping better, experiencing mental clarity, and a sense of emotional release.

If you're curious about what sound healing can offer, our Community Sound Bath is the perfect opportunity to try it out at a reduced rate.

Who are we?

sarl sound healing was born from a love of music, vibrations and a desire to create nourishing space for deep rest and connection. we blend artistry, science, technical mastery and ancient wisdom with care to create healing experiences that are sonically precise, safe, and inclusive.

Led by Neeta Sarl, a certified sound therapist and professional music producer working at the intersection of music, wellness, and technology. Having worked for a major record label, her science-backed wellness audio work has reached millions worldwide. With family roots in devotional music (Sikh Kirtan), she brings a unique sensitivity to the craft: embodied connection to sacred sound, experience on how it affects the nervous system, and a deeply technical, nerd-level understanding of frequencies.

Co-founder Jim Halloran is a lifelong musician, immersive events specialist, and Mental Health First Aider. With 20 years working across the arts as an entertainer and technician, he's mastered the art of creating immersive sensory experiences that foster deep presence. Having worked with local communities and vulnerable groups, he brings both technical precision and a grounded, caring presence to every sound healing session.
