A 75-minute immersive relaxation journey, incorporating deep tones, soft lighting and gentle scents to calm the senses and soothe the nerves.
A 'blue moon' doesn't come round often, so Sarl Sound Healing are marking it with a 75 minute, slower sound journey designed to nourish the body, mind and spirit.
Himalayan singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, chimes and ambient electronic drones combine to create a hypnotic, layered soundscape. Set in an immersive environment using soft lighting and scents, we create a gentle sensory atmosphere, to support the sound and help you truly unwind.
Sound therapy asks nothing of you except to simply be. As you lie down, surrounded by sound, vibration works directly on the nervous system, guiding you into states of relaxation. Many people report feeling a lasting sense of peace.
If you’ve been feeling tired, anxious, or constantly switched on, this is a chance to slow down and reset.
A “blue moon” is rare, and so are the moments we actually stop.
“A caring, compassionate and professional session… I felt very safe.”
“I left feeling incredibly relaxed and at peace.”

About the practice
Sound meditation is an ancient practice rooted in many traditions and supported by modern science. Vibrations and frequencies guide the mind into deeper brain states, helping to relax your body, calm your nervous system, and bring clarity to the mind.
