BEYOND THE BLUE with DONNA ASHWORTH at Edinburgh Fringe on YouTube: I Really Do/Beautiful
Singer/songwriters Nina Blaszczyk and Phil Baggaley of Broken Instruments are returning to Acoustic Nights @ The Barn with a new project and original songs in Beyond the Blue. An intimate concert performance interspersed with beautiful poetry, echoing the best of acoustic traditions.
Nina and Phil will bring you a collection of beautiful original songs inspired by the poems of best-selling author Donna Ashworth.
Their calming melodies and thoughtful lyrics will take you on a moving musical journey.
After a successful run with Broken Instruments in 2023, Nina and Phil returned to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with their new sell out 2024 show Beyond The Blue. With echoes of the best acoustic traditions, this unique concert, interwoven with wonderful poetry, invites moments of reflection on life's profound beauty and depth.
It was a joy to have Donna Ashworth join Nina Blaszczyk and Phil Baggaley to take part in one of the Edinburgh Fringe dates reading a number of her poems as part of the Beyond The Blue show.

I was privileged to join Phil and Nina from @beyondtheblue2024 at the @edfringe. These guys have been writing beautiful songs and reading my poetry for some time now and to impromptu join in and read with them was such a joy.
Beyond the Blue are on again today and tomorrow, they are truly talented and will stir your soul. Each of their songs is followed by one of my poems, such an honour. You can also stream their new song tomorrow." Donna Ashworth on stage at Edinburgh Fringe with Beyond The Blue 19th August 2024
