Over four weeks, you’ll explore alignment, core engagement, shoulder stability, balance drills, and ways to build strength and overcome fear.
Each session includes targeted mobility and conditioning exercises, supportive progressions, partner work, and plenty of guidance to help you develop your practice at your own pace. You’ll learn how to safely enter and exit the pose, understand body positioning, and build confidence upside down in a fun and encouraging environment.
This course is not about achieving the “perfect” handstand—it’s about enjoying the process, building trust in your body, and developing strength, focus, and resilience along the way.
