Founded in 2000, the group established a reputation for a fearless approach to composition, famously bridging the gap between original jazz works and an unconventional array of covers - spanning artists from Ornette Coleman to Aphex Twin and Nirvana. Founders Reid Anderson and Dave King continue to lead the group’s commitment to a wild and unpredictable sound, even eighteen albums into their career.
