Friendly, supportive, fun, and suitable for all levels, aerial is great for improving strength, stamina, balance, and confidence in a safe environment. These classes are inclusive and relaxed, so you can take time out whenever you need to, and no experience is needed.

Aerial classes run as a half term block, but you can join anytime if we have space – just email hello@circusleeds.org.uk.
