93 ’til Infinity is a brand-new Leeds hip-hop theatre production blending live performance, music and storytelling.

Set across two timelines, the show explores friendship, memory, ageing and the culture that shaped a generation. In the early 1990s, hip-hop inspired young people across Leeds to pick up microphones, scratch records and make music in bedrooms, back rooms and community spaces. Decades later, the friendships and memories forged during that time still leave their mark.

Funny, warm and full of music, 93 ’til Infinity moves between past and present to celebrate Leeds, its people and its hip-hop heritage, while asking what happens when we look back at who we were and compare it with who we have become.

Featuring live original music with lyrics written by acclaimed Leeds rapper and poet Testament, the production brings together professional artists, local performers and voices from the city’s hip-hop community.

Your ticket also includes access to a special re-display of 50 Years of Hip-Hop Kulture, the award-winning exhibition celebrating five decades of hip-hop history, culture and creativity.

MORE THAN JUST A SHOW

On Friday night, stay after the performance for an Open Mic MC Cypher, with MCs invited to step up and take the mic.

On Saturday evening, we’ll be keeping things going after the final performance with an after-party and DJ set.
