Literature in Leeds with Pat Bourne
This edition focuses on the 2025-6 exhibition Literature in Leeds: Prose, poetry and plays and is hosted by Assistant Community Curator Pat Bourne. The exhibition involved asking local writers what inspires their works, and reaching out to some local bookshop owners, and asking them to contribute objects, photos, labels and interviews to this community display.

Music Leeds Us: an exhibition talk with Esther Amis-Hughes
Join Community Engagement Manager Esther Amis-Hughes as she showcases this 2025-26 exhibition at Leeds City Museum that celebrates 60 years of music in Leeds, marking the 60th anniversary of Leeds Conservatoire. The exhibition explores the city's musical heritage through objects, stories, and personal accounts from the goth, jazz, and punk scenes to more recent genres. It features highlights from the city's music history, personal stories, and includes live performances, secret sets, and open mic events.
