Transform are looking for eight young people aged 18–25 with a passion for the arts and an interest developing a career in the sector to join their team as Young Curators. It’s an opportunity to learn, develop new skill and shape the programme of a major international arts festival taking place in October 2025.

With support from the Transform team, you will:

Learn about festival curation from leading industry professionals
Experience new performances and encounter new art forms through artistic research trips
Explore ideas and develop themes for the festival
Identify international artists to connect and collaborate with
Shape a larger participatory project involving young people as performers and co-creators which will take place during the festival in October 2025
Be paid £12 p/h for your time for weekly meetings between Sept - October 2024, with the option to continue depending on Transform's fundraising outcomes.
