South Asian Arts-uk (SAA-uk) are advertising a vacancy for HeadStart, a program designed for individuals aged 16-30 from global majority backgrounds. This opportunity offers comprehensive training, mentoring, and coaching to support career development in the creative sector.

South Asian Arts-uk (SAA-uk) has been the centre of excellence in Indian classical music and dance since June 1997, celebrating and educating while innovating traditional and contemporary arts experiences.

SAA-uk's unique training and development programme, Generation 21, is investing today to develop the cultural practitioners and leaders of tomorrow. Starting with the Pathway to nurture and develop the creative talent of children and young people, it continues with a Placement program and Volunteering network of local supporters and ambassadors, leading up to the specialist paid opportunity, HeadStart.

The two-year full-time program is open to UK residents and offers a competitive salary of £19,500–£23,000, along with a dedicated training budget.
